I meant that a lot of countries won’t let you in unless you have a certain income, and that income level tends to be more than a lot of people make. Even Mexico started requiring an income of $50K a year.

The Netherlands is the most liberal country in terms of live and let live. (The city of Haarlem, right outside of Amsterdam, is really nice, too.) personally I’d be torn between Dublin and Toronto but I think I’d pick Dublin for the culture. But really none of them are bad choices. (I’ve been researching this deeply for probably 10 years)
