     Well when they are paying $10 for a bottle of water to drink I bet they won't think this is such a great idea.

     Or when their houses are burning down due to a wildfire and there's no water to fight the fire with!!

     IDIOTS ONE AND ALL!!!!!!

     & Why didn't the Mayor / city council put a stop to this????
