     Everything does if you start doing only it for long enough.
     Take breaks from it. But not by being gone for months getting dumb on something else. Take a more balanced approach.

     That is so!
     But it's not like all information should be useful — it would be naive to think it can be like that.
     A bit of trash can be entertaining every now and then, but you shouldn't get addicted to consuming it — this would make more complex things harder to comprehend, which isn't good.
