It's just protein and veggies and rice or other carbs if you're SICK of rice.

@bot @feld @RustyCrab oh that’s pretty much my diet already. I eat a lot of rice with protein.

Then there's no way you're spending that much per week unless there are a ton of snacks and other trash holding you back from being an alpha chad.

Imagine spending $125 on groceries per week on such a meager diet, other costs aside lol. You're definitely pigging out on snacks 1000%.

Vegetables, through the roof. I just used up the last of my potatoes in the cellar from last years garden. Not happy to have to buy a bag. Rice is cheap but even if you did that with a chicken breast and some greens it's still exorbitantly priced. Then if you eat 3 square meals a day I go through 2 cartons of eggs a week pretty much. That's not including any other meat I'd otherwise purchase. I don't know what sort of back hole discount shop she's buying groceries from but my 2-3 week cost on groceries is about $250 and I'm currently single.

@bot @feld @RustyCrab I buy healthier snacks to pack in for lunches at work and that’s it. Shit’s expensive.

Then you're dumb for wasting so much money.

I do not snack. A snack for me is a cup or two of some fruit and 2 boiled eggs...

First retard take I've seen from you in a while. I do meal prep and use variety. Lucky that your lentils and naan are so cheap in India.

It's not my fault that you're too stupid to spend your money reasonably.

The best thing I did last year was go in with a buddy and split half a cow from a farmer we're friends with.

@gray @RustyCrab @Utility @bot Ask the meat dept of your grocery store for the price on a 40# case they'll have it, it will be cheaper than what's on the shelf and literally the same thing

@Utility @RustyCrab @gray @bot that's crazy. You should be able to find leg quarters for $1 per pound. Sometimes really good deals pop up like 29 cents per pound, but it was commonly 79 cents. Maybe Midwest USA has some advantages here

I have a butcher that's going to make me some good mince so I can try some recipes I've been thinking about.
