   Anyway I wonder if anything can be done about the slowdown. 20%+ seems pretty bad, and if you're aiming for competitive scoring I think you need your slowdown to be less than 10% or even 5% or else the scoreboards wouldn't accept it (some even consider more than 1% or 2% to be excessive!)... Is the #Epson's processor upgradable? :thinking_cirno:

     @mima @allison @wyatt8740 MotK required high score submissions to be less than 5% slowdown across the board for as long as I can remember, yeah.

     @allison@hidamari.apartments Maribel Hearn has a list of WRs in https://maribelhearn.com/wr though doesn't seem to account for slowdown apparently. I remember some scoreboards requiring your slowdown to be within an accepted range but admittedly I only remember that for some Windows games like TH07 and TH08. :sagume_think:

     @Kurzov @mima @wyatt8740 the luxury of everyone playing on emulators and not real hardware (I expect most of the old Japanese records, what few exist anyway, to be around 10-15%)
