i dont really feel sore anymore from my upper body workout, but i cant do my sets with more weight
should i just add repetitions then?? or more sets??
or try to add more weights with less reps and more sets??

maybe try both, one day more repetitions and another day more weight and less repetitions. and see what works best for youkaia likes this.
