     @ThisFuckinGuy @MK2boogaloo @Dan_Hulson i'm guessing its because most gaming hardware has SSDs at this point and its not worth anyone's time optimizing for rarely used platter drives.

     Its a trick cuz people are dumb they can sell x,y,z products that need storage for much less if they give you just enough space cuz people are dumb and will buy a 500 dollar system but fuck your 700 dollar system but then they spend another 3 or 4 hundred on ssd upgrades. Tbf this is one of the times that people deserve what they get.

     Honestly idk anymore. The gaming industry is so fucked right now. Idk if its incompetent coding or if its them trying to fool people into thinking their 70 bucks were well spent if the main game is 8 hrs but look you can prattle away 120 hrs on side quests.
