Its expensive but its worth it and it comes in amall batch and small amounts so u dont have to worry about finishing much. My 4k usually consosts of meats eggs cheese and cremes so its not alot its just super calorically dense super good for feeding ripped up muscles and connective tissues

  you WILL enjoy the DIE chocolate santa and you WILL CONSOOM. yeah though soda tastes like shit and gets stuck in the back of my throat i always feel like spitting after drinking any so i just stick with water mainly. dark choco is better like dj said but a nigga like me don't eat chocolate in general. i hear it's good though when you're trying to aim for 4k calorie diets. gotta buff up those glycogen stores 😤

  @dj @Rasterman @admin @locagainstwall @ChristopherBRobin i like it but i see it as what it is a refined azugar so i only really get it on discount and i use it tactically for fitness purposes. It feeds the muscles super easy but i dont buy it for recreational purposes i i make use of it as a tool tbh. I work put a mwtric fuck ton and i sleep in a cold van so i burn about 3-4000 calories a day just living so i have certain idiosyncrasies to work with

  I’m actually not that much of a chocolate connoisseur, I just got tired of the Halloween candy you see all the time so I stopped eating it and then people started gifting me other brands that were 60% dark and I fell in love.

  You can get good deals on higher quality brand chocolate in places like Ross, Five below or the big retail pharmacies. Nestle and Mars brand chocolate is what you probably ate and it’s the goyslop of chocolates. Hersheys is the best of the mass produced American slop but still not great.
