   Yes, this is currently the wanted behavior because it targets copied/pasted texts.
   We will improve that feature when composing.

     @apps I can't see where to drop feedback in your app (F-Droid, Android 13). I've had the dialog box open for splitting a toot (500 character limit) happen a few times. But I'm typing away and keep typing through it.

     The dialog closes and doesn't come back up again. I'm not sure if this is expected behavior but it's sort of useless.
