     The Biden Regime cleaned up El Paso prior to slow Joe’s visit, and now they’ve done the same ahead of President Xi’s trip to San Francisco.

     So don’t tell me these lefty run cities can’t do anything about the crime and homelessness… they just don’t WANT to.
