     The summary of Nasrallah's speech as I understood it from my Lebanese friend:
     >ranting against Israel, the US, the UK, etc.
     >angry that some parts of the Arab world are aiding Israel (Kuwait maybe?)
     >glad that Israel is afraid of him
     >ready to engage against Israel if they attack Lebanon (wtf they've been attacking Lebanon)
     >apparently his tone and rhetoric were less severe than in past speeches
     TL;DR nothing ever happens, a bunch of bluster for no effect
