     @LukeAlmighty stress and too many sneed oils. Consider eating more leafy greens and drinking more water. As well as mindful exercises.
     It also sounds like your Gu Mei Long Meridian which runs across your temporal lobe is out of harmony. This affects concentration and blood flow to the brain, as well as perception.
