   And so what we’re seeing is that populations are being displaced not only by climate but by conflict. And so it’s exacerbating ongoing population movements across some of the most vulnarable locations in the world.

     Answer: Well, climate change is exacerbating human vulnerability. And that human vulnerability is leading to tensions, is leading to fragility and combined with other drivers, such as population growth or governance, urbanization – it’s leading to conflict. And that conflict is what’s driving people being forced to leave and flee their homes. (1/2)
