     @BowsacNoodle @paula @Shadowman311 Antipsychotics are kind of a blunt instrument though-- lots of side effects. Probably not as bad as hormones, but still, you can start smaller until you find something that works.

At the very least, you ought to recognize the destructive and unhealthy nature of an impulse that would make you want to literally kill yourself if you can't do it. If our society was sane, doctors would have institutionalized trans activists decades ago.
