     I'm trying to track down who might have pushed for this. If I find it, I'll share. This is absolutely ridiculous. I strongly believe this is textbook cronyism just from my gut reaction alone.

     @doctorsex @Godcast Closest thing I can find so far is EPA rubber-stamping things with potential venting and DOE having some blatant ones "green energy", but I can't find anything decent yet. I'll look more tomorrow. I need someone with quiverqant to help narrow this down.
