     The ppl abusing workers obv, they can be incredibly rude and condescending and the worker is usually being more than polite despite their behaviour.

     Maybe. It should become the norm for workers to be able to tell disrespectful customers to piss off and kill themselves.

     maybe it's best if you don't look at the videos and simply assume people's propensity for evil knows no bounds. and then be content that you, the very thing you have control over, will never do that kind of harm to anyone.
