     @helene@p.helene.moe i guess? but generally the only valid ones for everything are harm caused by its intended use, wherein that use is not harm.

     @helene@p.helene.moe yes, that's with the intended use being harm though. It's not about it causing harm by failing at what it's made for.
     
     I was thinking more of a car that just has the air bag blow up randomly during driving and cause an accident, for example.

     but running someone over wouldn't (for the manufacturer) unless the incident was caused by a defect or deliberate choice
