@stephagain I said "no and I work mostly with men." Honestly if I did suddenly come in with noticeable makeup on I'd probably be taken less seriously at first glance. But the uphill battle is often steep enough I'm not sure if the difference would be that significant. And truthfully, I don't think most men can identify what a typical face looks like with makeup on. It's not even something I tend to notice until a woman suddenly comes in without it and I think, "why does your face look different?"
