   My legal cases have been primarily been about changing the current deceptive carbon assessment practices used to roll out numerous road schemes in the UK in a climate emergency.  But I am also challenging the potential ecocide of this rare barbastelle bat colony.

     Norfolk has woodland just west of Norwich which is literally heaving with rare barbastelle bats in a recently discovered super-colony.  They are threatened by multiple road schemes, including the NWL and A47.
