This is going to make the bot problem worse and leak subscriber base
I’d actually do the opposite
If we have your credit card number (you’re paying us) you don’t need 2fa so you’re allowed to turn it off -

and the most recent one is actually both.
only Twitter Blue subscribers being able to use SMS 2FA, which saves them cost on sending messages via Twilio.
