   @Mojeek This sounds really good! I've been wanting a way to search for medical information only trough highly trustworthy medical scientific journals and government health agencies, etc for a while.

   Unfortunately it seems like each and every single user of your search engine have to manually create their own focus list of pages to search through? That's too much work, and very unhelpful if you don't know what pages to trust. Good step, but the next step should be to make default focus templates
