     How about a submenu for composite skin tones, like in Telegram? If Soapbox users could use a pregnant black man reaction out of box, without any code modifications, it's safe to assume its adoption rate would skyrocket since that's one of the main reason people keep forking and modifying Pleroma-FE.

     @caekislove I think we likely do need to limit the amount that can appear in this modal. Never seen what happens when it fills up completely. @mkljczk
