% Nadia It seems like there isn't going to be a singular Twitter replacement, but its replacements instead kinda look more like beefed-up mega group chats. I'm impressed by how many co-exist right now. Alternatives that my peer circles are using: * Mastodon = | saw someone describe this as "the types of people in the US who always threaten to move to Canada” and I'm not sure | could describe it more perfectly * Farcaster = crypto * Bluesky = postrats * Notes = writers (?) Aka the migration from the “clear web" to the “cozy web,” per Maggie Appleton: maggieappleton.com/cozy-web Now | want a group chat aggregator that allows me to read all of these feeds in one place! (With Farcaster and Bluesky at least, | think this could actually be feasible?)
