   On the way back, I stopped at a literally random train stop, one I picked solely on the basis that there was no reason to stop there and therefore no one else would be there. I walked down to the silent beach, and I watched the darkened sea, lit only by the headlights passing on the freeway. And there I sat and devoured a small, smiling Shiba Inu
