   David Philips added the soon-to-be new U.S. flag to his LP "They Live", already in 2009.

   Aside from that, this is a rather strange but cool record. Slow moving and creepy. According to Ron Lessard/RRRecords, not a noise record, but an "anarchist actionist protest record".
