So I know I griped a lot about all the Gab posting but let me ask something:
What exactly is wrong with this take? First and foremost, the Constitution is definitely just a sheet of paper and second the post just comes off as Torba actually acknowledging Alinskyite behavior and working against it by saying that we should stop playing by rules and expectations that don't apply to what our government deems as hostile elements.
The Constitution in theory does work but in practice has just been disastrous, being our go-to excuse for letting every piece of scum and criminal get away with murder without sufficient retaliation while it gets completely ignored when enemies of the system try to lean against it.
Following the Constitution is a mistake. Rights are not established from a piece of paper or anything else other than God anyhow. And also some "people" don't deserve rights in the first place.
This is probably the only good post Torba will ever make.
