   @jon even with two fatal crashes, the 737 MAX is still better than some older airliners like the A310, DC-10, and MD-11...which are themselves safer than driving

   that said, given how big of a regression the MAX is compared to other modern airliners, I'd choose most any other plane if I had the option 😅
