Ursula K. Le Guin was unique and ahead of her time, not only for her progressive stances and her ability to evolve as an author and as a person, but especially for the themes she explored. Having as their core the belief that change is achievable, no matter how much things seem to be set in stone, and that hope, growth, initiative, and resistance matter, making her work still extremely relevant today.
