   This announcement DOES NOT mention the criteria nor provide a link to read more details. It also explicitly excludes routers and some other device (the criteria isn't ready...) until next year.

   I did a quick search of fcc.gov - nothing posted in the last week that appears to be appropriate.

   Sigh.
