I had never heard of 'quangos' until now. I guess Canuckistan is full of them too, else why would bonehead in chief be giving his wife $82mill to watch the sea. Why would he be sending so much to Ukraine for laundering? <\/p>

But I also think there is likely something more sinister: a fearful and divided population is much easier to control than a unified 'patriotic' one that believes in the rule of law, as well as having some sense of morality.
