Her daughter crashed the simulator by accidentally invoking program 01 and resetting the guidance system to believe it was back on the launch pad.<\/p>

Hamilton felt that was a pretty serious bug but was told \"no, there's no way a trained astronaut would accidentally do that.\"<\/p>
