I have one culinary PSA for you. <\/p><p>If you have never used whole cumin seed and ground it fresh in a mortar and pestle you are in for a real treat. It\u2019s an entirely different spice than musty store-bought ground cumin.  It\u2019s bright and citrusy and just so amazing.<\/p><p>Example usage: put it with salt on some boiled potatoes with butter or olive oil and lemon juice and you will thank me.
