Besides makefiles ;). But why do people still tell you that gitlab and github cicd are the best. Imho <a href=\"https:\/\/functional.cafe\/tags\/jenkins\" class=\"mention hashtag\" rel=\"tag\">#jenkins<\/a> was and is feature complete and even if not you can easily extend it. It proofs itself all the time even with the \"cloud\".
